Terms of Service
Welcome to the official website of the Taiwan Professional Volleyball League (TPVL) (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Taiwan Professional Volleyball Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). By accessing and using the Site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1.Changes to the Terms
The Company may amend these Terms in response to legal changes or operational needs. Amendments are published on the Site and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
The Company may also update Site content or adjust features from time to time.
2.Match Information and Data
Schedules, scores, standings, rankings and player and team statistics on the Site are compiled from official League records. The Company strives to keep information accurate and timely, but live scores may be delayed and post-match data may be corrected after official review.
All match results, statistics and rankings are subject to the League's official announcements. If the schedule changes due to weather, venue or other factors, the League's latest announcement prevails.
3.Use of Content and Licensing
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, match data, photos, video, images, and the names, logos and trademarks of the League and its teams, is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights belonging to the Company, the teams or the original rights holders.
- You may browse the Site's content for personal, non-commercial purposes and share page links using the Site's sharing features.
- Without written consent from the Company or the rights holder, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or publicly transmit Site content, or use it for commercial purposes (including but not limited to advertising, merchandise and paid content).
- The likeness of players and related personnel may not be used commercially without consent.
- For media interviews, republication or licensing, please use the Site's Media Inquiries form.
4.Acceptable Use
When using the Site you must not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful activity, or to threaten, defame, harass or offend others
- Access, use or modify the Site's systems, data or programs without authorization
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other content intended to damage or disrupt the Site's systems or network
- Scrape large volumes of Site data with automated programs (such as crawlers) in a way that burdens the system
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the Site or harm the rights of the Company, the teams or other users
If you violate these rules, the Company may suspend your use of all or part of the Site and reserves the right to take legal action.
5.Tickets
"Tickets" links on the Site take you to team or ticketing platform websites. Ticket sales, refunds, exchanges and entry rules are the responsibility of the relevant team or platform; please follow their published terms.
6.External Links
The Site may link to other websites, such as team websites, ticketing platforms, social platforms and partner sites. These are operated by third parties; the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, legality or validity of their content and is not liable for any damage arising from your use of them.
7.Privacy

8.Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability
The Company strives to keep the Site running normally, but service may be temporarily interrupted or delayed due to maintenance, equipment failure, network problems or other force majeure. The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore service within a reasonable time.
If your violation of these Terms or applicable law causes damage to the Company or a third party, you are liable for compensation.

10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
The Chinese version of these Terms prevails. The English and Japanese versions are for reference only; in case of discrepancy, the Chinese version governs.
